Start to finish had a great experience with Blake from Oregon Environmental Services. He was super responsive via the yelp "request quote" option and had availability as early as the next day. Tiffany from their front office was so nice when confirming the appointment and gathering the relevant info. Something they also did which was super nice was calling us ahead of time to let us know when the techs were dispatched so we knew about when to expect them (and they showed up in the 2 hour time frame we asked for). When they got here, they were very polite offering to take their shoes off, explaining what they would be doing and how long the labor would take. After they finished they explained the warranty, how to get the most out of the life of our disposal, gave a business card, and basically assured us of every question we could have possibly had. After a string of bad luck with plumbers this experience has me feeling good again!
